Aran Spencer-Higgins is a Digital Marketing & New Venture Consultant helping brands and creators thrive through strategy, creativity, and operations. With over a decade of experience, Aran has been pivotal in new venture development and marketing operations, delivering confident creative decisions that delivers bottom-line results for both global corporates and creators. His approach is purpose-driven, data-led, and adds real value. Aran was born in London and raised in Ireland. He holds a first-class honours degree in Economics & Business Management from Trinity College Dublin and also studied at McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

Linda Rauch

Head of Talent

Linda Rauch, as Head of Talent for Vertical Brands, has bridged the world of business with personal development, helping coaches and consultants craft impactful online platforms. Linda worked with the Prince's Trust led by His Majesty King Charles III, with the mission of helping the youth of today succeed, no matter their background or the challenges they are facing. Yet, it's perhaps her six-year tenure at San Francisco General Hospital that speaks volumes of her compassion, counselling patients facing terminal illness and drug addiction. In her more recent venture, Linda has spiritually guided almost ten thousand souls online, teaching Masterclasses in Psychic, Tarot, and Spiritual Development. In every endeavour, Linda exemplifies dedication, empathy and transformative leadership.
